James (Dave/JD) David Miller

James David Miller, age 56, died at home in Cashmere, Washington on June 7, 2019. After a courageous 3 ½ year battle of fighting cancer.
Born October 5, 1962, in Wenatchee, WA, to William and Fanny Miller, he attended school in Cashmere and graduated from Cashmere High School in 1981.On August 30, 2003, he married Dennice Sears.
He lived in Cashmere and operated Iron Horse Services, LLC, until June of 2018. JD/Dave was an Eagle Scout, and active in his son’s scouting adventures. JD/Dave will be especially remembered for coming to the aid of any farmer, friend, or family member who called and needed his help at any time.
Survivors include wife, Dennice of Cashmere, WA; daughters: Kyra (Miller) & Connor Townsend of Kennewick, WA and Shaina Miller of Chicago, IL; son, William Miller of Cashmere, WA; Mother, Fanny Miller of Cashmere, WA; brother, Chris Miller of Cashmere, WA; sister, Lisa Miller of Cashmere, WA; and many nieces and nephews. JD/David was preceded in death by his brother, Willie Miller and father, Bill Miller.
A Celebration of life will be held at 12:00 p.m., on Saturday, June 22, 2019, at Christ Center Church, 100 Apple Annie Avenue, Cashmere, WA, 98815. You are invited to view James’ online tribute at www.heritagememorialchapel.com.
