Glenna was born July 13, 1941, in Port Townsend, WA, to the late Glenn Iris and Henrietta Maxine (Kunz) Neet. She grew up there and graduated from Port Townsend High School in 1959. She was involved in tap dancing, drill, and the marching band (she played cymbals). She also enjoyed go-cart racing and roller skating.
In 1960, she met her future husband, Clyde 'Larry' Bradshaw, at the local roller rink. They married two years later on September 29, 1962. In 1969, after three children, she moved to Didsbury, Alberta, Canada, while Clyde attended college to become a Minister. After his ordination, they moved to La Grande, OR; Phoenix, AZ; Port Townsend, WA; Methow, WA; Pateros, WA and Bridgeport, WA. She added Pastor's wife to her existing titles of Wife, Mother, and Homemaker. Later moving to Wenatchee, WA, when Clyde stepped down as lead pastor. During all this, she struggled with Multiple Sclerosis, being diagnosed in 1973.
She was a kind woman whose life revolved around her husband, children and family. She participated in gardening, canning and sewing, as well as backpacking, camping and motorcycle riding. She also became an inspiration to many for her resilience as she fought with MS.
She is survived by her three children: Ernest Bradshaw, Lawrence (Natalie) Bradshaw and Iris Bradshaw; two grandchildren: Lauren Shinkle and Bryson Bradshaw; and two great-grandchildren: Connor Randell and Brayden Shinkle; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her husband, a sister, Nancy Wiltse, and two brothers: Glenn “Buzz” Neet and Benjamin Neet.
